1. Set up a My Fitness Pal Account and familiarize yourself with the program.
2. Find me on facebook (I will add you to the private facebook group in early January)
3. Come up with your game plan. Where will you exercise? What type of exercise do you enjoy?
4. Find a buddy! This challenge is MUCH more fun to do with a friend. Invite somebody to join you!
